The Path
Individual Recovery Coaching
The focal point of our individual approach is 1-on-1 recovery coaching. These sessions help to connect our residents to appropriate resources, as well as offering real-time processing for every stage of recovery

Weekly Recovery Workshops
Each week, our residents experience workshops with some of the top practitioners in the greater Nashville area. Recovery 101, mindfulness, holotropic breathwork, and sound baths are just a few of our offerings.

Songwriter Rounds
We're big believers in the healing power of music. So, for those wanting to experience Music City's finest, we partner with our friends at the Bluebird Cafe to present popup recovery songwriter rounds right in our living room.
Weekly Sessions with our Somatic Specialist
Our experience has shown that while the mind may forget, the body remembers. To support comprehensive wellness, we offer weekly one-on-ones with our gifted behavioral change coach, personal trainer, Reiki practitioner and general awesome human (yes, she does all of that).
Community Hikes
Each month, our residents have the opportunity to take part in a community hike. Through careful consideration, we select some of the most scenic day hikes in Tennessee to allow our community a chance to unplug and experience a day of grounding.
Recovery Community Integration
Community is really the name of our game. Initially, we focus on forming community under our roof, but through attending weekly outside meetings as a group, we help our residents transition to becoming a part local recovery community. This shift often serves as the arch through which our residents are able to walk into long-term recovery.
